This is a list of what should be included with your rental, not what is included,
make sure you ask your Landlord what will be there upon move in day!!
*All Major Appliances to be in working condition
*Carbon Monoxide Detectors on each floor
*Smoke Detectors in each room
Beach Chairs
Beach Towels (minimum of four)
Bath Towels
Wash clothes
Kitchen towels
Microwave
Dish rack
Coffee pot
Toaster
Silverware for 8 people
Pots and pans, colander
Utensils (cooking fork, spoon and spatula)
Plates, cups and glasses
Skillet
Plastic cups
Trash cans
Sheet sets (minimum one set per bed)
1 blanket for each bed
Bed pillows
Clock
Broom
Vacuum
Mop
Bucket
Wine opener
can opener
Blinds or window coverings
Screens and windows* in good working order
Air conditioners, providing window in good working order
*Any Safety violations must be addressed to comply with City, to obtain Certificate of Occupancy
